Oi, it’s been ages. I haven’t forgotten about all of you or about NNR, just been a bit preoccupied. I have been researching Naruto like crazy (even purchased three data books) and I’ve been reading tons of stuff from online. NNR just showcases several original characters and I have to design each of them flawlessly. I don’t want a bunch of shallow characters running amuck and I’m trying really hard to make this a very good fic for all to read. I’ve also decided to go from English village names, jutsu names, etc. to Japanese names, honorifics, and the like, so I’ve had to overhaul pretty much all of my data on the characters.

I’ve already started the writing process for the prologue, though I had to put it on hiatus for a bit because I lacked research and didn’t want to have to rewrite everything twice. I will not restart the writing process until my research is complete, which really shouldn’t take that much. I’ve also thought of a new story line to incorporate around Story four of five, so I’m working to fit that into place. Also, instead of waiting until an entire story was finished before I released chapters I decided that I’m going to release chapters as I complete them.

Not much of an update for now, just more of a heads-up as to what’s going on at the moment. I hope to have something up for you all lately, and I may attempt some sort of one-shot short story for an upcoming holiday. How about Father’s Day on June 15th? See you all there!

Sorry for disappearing for two months, I got rather busy. I’ve been doing a lot of planning for Naruto: Ninja Rekidaishi (Naruto: Ninja Chronicles = NNR) with the aid of my cousin. It’s going to shape up to be a pretty good fic series, I can promise you all that. Last time I promised to release the rest of the cast, so I’ll go ahead and do that now.

I was planning on involving Gaara and Kankuro, but I don’t think I’m going to. With the cast out of the way, I’d like to discuss some of the plots for each fic and maybe discuss some of how I plan to restructure the Academy.

Fic number one:
Prologue- Inheritance of the Nine Tailed Fox. Naruto learns a new jutsu that can transfer a portion of the fox’s chakra into his infant son. He hopes to ensure that the village remains safe, even after his demise.
Main plot- The Pre-Academy Ninja Tests. A group of village Chunin and Jonin take Academy hopeful to a camp in the mountains. Here the children will be tested in various fields to determine ninja aptitude. Trahern gets separated from his team and meets a nefarious shinobi, who leaves a parting gift: The phoenix. The phoenix is much like a sealed beast.

Fic number two:
Main plot- Academy life and the nefarious shinobi returns. About three years into the Academy, it shows our cast and crew going through the everyday life of Academy trials and tribulations. This is when I am going to showcase my new academy design, as it won’t have much use later on. When all seems like it nothing could go wrong, the shinobi from the past returns and kidnaps the Academy students with the Shoukan Kaizoku (Redemption Pirates). Those with special bloodlines are placed under tests to discover their secrets, and young Trahern is undergoing a procedure to have the phoenix removed. The students eventually fight back and manage to hold their own until the cavalry arrives.

Fic number three:
Main plot- The life of a Genin. It starts with the graduation ceremony of the Academy and places the cast into teams. Under the fresh tutelage of their senseis, they become strong together. The shinobi of the past returns, eager for revenge and to reclaim the phoenix. The Shoukan Kaizoku attempt to defeat Trahern and co. at several turns with the help of the Nanatsu Zaiaku (Seven Sins), a band of mercenaries who will stop at nothing to complete their task. In an all out showdown, Trahern battles for the phoenix and, more importantly, his life.

Fic number four:
Main plot- With the Chunin exams over, many of the cast find themselves at an elevated rank. Life seems peaceful after the turn of events in years prior. However, the Fox and Phoenix are causing deadly reactions within the young shinobi and he becomes a threat to those he knows. Desperate for a cure, Naruto takes his son to meet Minato Namikaze: the man responsible for first sealing the fox. When things are settled, a new threat approaches over the horizon. The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse make their presence known, eager to use the phoenix as a means to destroy the world. The Five Great Nations launch a full out war to the new threats, but the Apocalypse army is too powerful. Knowing what he must do, Trahern prepares himself for the most dangerous battle of his life.

Fic number five:
After the strange disappearance of the Horsemen, they return years later to finish their plans and kidnap a new set of twins to lure the Leaf ninja to their demise. Trahern has grown strong and, with newfound motivation, they are disposed of before the Apocalypse befalls the land. Taking advantage of the peace, the last Uchiha comes to destroy the Hidden Leaf Village with the Nine Tailed Fox in tow as the true mastermind behind the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Trahern relives horrible nightmares under the fox’s appearance. Naruto is ready to bring about the end of the battle and sacrifices his life to give Trahern a deadly version of the Rasengan. Now, as the village’s elected Hokage, Trahern must lead the village on after the Sixth Hokage’s unfortunate death.
Epilogue- It is years in the future and Trahern is looking back on the events of his life. He now must provide the village with safety while the next generation finds their place.

Those are brief descriptions and they are subject to change. I’ve also figured out a way to eradicate the need for Jiraiya, so the writing process should begin soon. Plus, on second thoughts, Jiraiya would have been like 118 during this storyline. The only place he would have helped would have been in the Prologue. Now I’d like to discuss my plans for the Academy.

As stated in the Main Plot for Fic One, there is now a camping trip of sorts for pre-Academy students. The trip determines a ninja’s skill so that their teachers later on may hone their strengths and fortify their weaknesses. Now onto classes. In the anime, there appears to be several classrooms where one sensei is responsible for a handful of students. It seems to be like grade school, where one person teaches every subject. I find that the Academy would be more efficient if there were one teacher for each subject, like middle school and high school.

* = Special “extra curricular” classes of sorts. I plan on there being a time of the school day where each student is permitted to train in a certain field that they feel they need help in. During this time, these two classes will be in session. Inspired by Lady Tsunade, Sakura Uzumaki has taken it upon herself to bring New Medical ninja into the village. This particular program is rigorous and only a few who apply are selected for training. In the Summons Training Program, Shirana Chie hopes to pass her vast knowledge of summons to give students an early start on the concept. This program is more lenient with its’ attendance and only demands that the student be trained in Chakra Control first.

That’s pretty much it for this entry. I hope to begin writing the story very soon if time permits it. I’m supposed to be on Spring Break for now and I was hoping to begin writing this week but my dad is demanding that I do homework every day.

Hello, again! I figured that I was due for an update, it’s been like a month and I needed to get one up. I’ve yet to start the first fic installment for Naruto: Ninja Rekidaishi, been hopeful that the conclusion of the Jiraiya and Pain battle would end soon. I hope he makes it through, poor guy has the willpower of Naruto. I also got a new laptop, so I’ve been putting music, pictures, and docs from my flash drive to my new laptop. I almost lost my fic pairings until my awesome cousin sent me the copy I’d sent him (THANK YOU). Anyway, the other reason I’ve been a little late is that I joined a timed writing event that ends Saturday.
We’re supposed to write a Christmas-themed ninja story for a browser-based MMORPG Naruto game ([link] If you register, please use [link] so that I may get an awesome prize.) Depending on how good my story turns out, I may post it for you all.

I’m going to outline my fic series now, it’s about time that I unlazied myself and actually got to that point. A brief description: It’s NaruSaku, KibaHina, and </3 Sasuke! Really now, Sasuke haters unite and revolt, until –much- later. The “much later” bit was amended to save me from a brutal death at the hands of the 100 million Emo Sasuke fans, but it’s a bit of Sasuke anyway. Be happy, people, he doesn’t deserve spotlight anyway. Someone that emorific can’t possibly be able to function. Sue me, I’m a sucker for hating the “annoyingly sadistic bastards” of most series.

XD I’ll explain my fic more thoroughly now before someone kills me for Sasuke bashing. You’d think he was royalty.

It centers around Trahern Uzumaki and his team (sensei’d by Kakashi, oh no!). You guessed it, he’s Naruto (whom finally became Hokage) and Sakura’s (whom finally stopped being too obsessed with Sasuke to notice Naruto) son. You’ll see that he’s much like his father, even to the point of “inheriting the Kyuubi” (Ohh suspense!). The poor boy hasn’t lost all hope with having spastic Uzumaki genes, he also has a little bit of his mother in him (Praise Minato). As of length-wise, I’m thinking that there will be at least five fics in the series. Pre-Academy, Academy, Genin, the always awkward young adult phase, and when they become adults and our favorite Shonen stars are old and decrepit. I’ve got some ideas for all of them, so hopefully that will be enough to make NNR super special awesome (YGO:TAS reference for the win).

I will list half of the pairings and their respective children in this journal, and the other half in my next journal. I suppose I’ll do half the populars and half the “who cares” in each one. Yay balance!

Hello again, awesome artists of DeviantART! I’ve got some good news to report about my fic. I have worked out several ideas for my fic and decided to make this more than just the average fic. I am going to be writing a series of fics that will correspond to the characters and plots that I have devised. I have also chosen a name... Naruto: Ninja Rekidaishi. It translates to Naruto: Ninja Chronicles. (I will be referring to it as NNR.)

I have found names for all of my characters and have made the pairings for the original Leaf Village Ninja. Most of them are based off of character interactions from the anime/manga, though I have thrown in a few OCs where they were needed. Another modification I have made is to the design of the Ninja Academy and have given each Ninja art their own “class” complete with their own sensei (Though those may be subject to change.)

I have very good ideas to where this story will be going and have asked the help of some other Naruto fans to help prevent me in making mistakes with Naruto facts as well as to provide constructive criticism.

It may take a bit long to get the first installment of my NNR, I will be waiting for the current manga battle between (POTENTIAL SPOILER ALERT, READ AT YOUR OWN RISK) Jiraya and Pain to see if everyone’s favorite perverted hermit lives to write another Icha Icha. I’d like to use him as a character, though I cannot do that if he dies to the Akatsuki. I’ll need to wait for the battle to conclude, unfortunately.

Be patient, everyone, the battle can’t go on too much longer. Until then, I’ll write my chapters vaguely so that they may be edited at a moment’s notice. I will also be waiting to release each fic until the entire fic has been written so that I may go back and edit if I need to.

Well first things are first. I'm not exactly what you would call a talented artist. Actually, I cannot draw to save my life, which is a bit more than dissapointing as I've always wanted to be a great artist. That's why I've decided to take up creative story writing, which I'm not too horrible with. I am certainly not new to this wonderful site and have been following some very talented artists for quite awhile. I've never been quite motivated myself to join DA until now.

I joined DeviantART when a brilliant FanFic idea came to me. It revolves around the Naruto universe and will be set within the time period of when the main characters of Nartuo/Shippuden are adults. My details of the FanFic are a bit sketchy, as the idea is quite new. I have figured out some things it will feature, though.

-Children.
-Sharingan.
-Old/New Characters.
-Seals.
-Kyuubi.
-Pirates.

Shippuden and the Naruto manga are far from the end, so some things in my Fic may not be accurate as to how the series ends. I will try my best to predict some things, but I'm not promising anything. This will not be a romantic Fic, so I will not be too focused on pairings. They will be based off the current character interests in the anime/manga, though you may be surprised as to how some people end up.
